Gouvernance

The FHU has a non-constraining governance with a role toward scientific animation and follow up, as well as coordination of the resources and follow up on the partnership convention.

The Executive Committee

The FHU SUPORT is coordinated by Pr Ephrem SALAMÉ, Head of the Hepato-biliary and pancreatic surgery unit – hepatic transplantation department of the University hospital of Tours. Pr SALAMÉ is assisted by the co-coordinators of the 9 sites of the FHU SUPORT in the Executive Committee.

Scientific General Assembly and Scientific Council

The FHU SUPORT is represented by ORGAN referents and THEMATIC referents who all meet together once a year in Scientific General Assembly.

The Scientific Council, coordinated by Pr Ephrem SALAMÉ, is composed of the local coordinators of each FHU SUPORT site, and the transversal thematic referents of all the components and activities of the FHU (Heart, Liver, Kidney/Research/Teaching).

The Steering Committee

The Steering Committee is composed of representatives of the founding FHU project establishments:

• The coordinators of each site of the FHU
• The General Managers and VicePresidents of the Directory of the 7 University hospitals
• The Presidents and VicePresidents of the Scientific Committee of the 7 Universities, and the Deans of the Faculties of Medicine / Pharmaceutical
• The Regional Delegates of INSERM
